Many breeders will only sell you a  puppy on a Co-owner ship with a strick contract.  Some breeders asks for a large sum plus a puppy back when you breed the dog, or that you must be actively showing are they will not sell you a puppy, please tell me how are you going to learn to show if you are not given a chance to show with a nice quality dog.... I would like to give special thanks to all the breeders who have sold and trusted me with their nice quality puppies to improve my breeding program and I offer the same to others :)  
  NO Puppy I have bred will be sold with a Strick contract we do not believe in that to be fair.  We feel if you have purchased a puppy from us that it should be ALL of yours. I certainly would not purchase a puppy from a breeder who wants say so of my puppy/dog.. Even though we ask that you keep in touch and please send many pictures as the puppy grows.  Please Stay clear of breeders who insist on co-owner ship with a co-owner contract. You may have little or no control over your dogs life as to when you can have it at your home to show or breed it.

I breed for quality, health, temperment, and a sound body and of course beauty with a excellent disposition thats most important to me. I am always looking to better the breed and to produce show quality puppies no matter if they are placed in a pet/companion home you still deserve a quality puppy that will look like its breed should look. We place gorgeous correct puppies in pet/companion homes who could have been shown, but if you choose not to show you will still have a gorgeous correct puppy that will look just like the breed should look :)

When you are looking for the perfect family member to spend the next 14-17 years with be prepared to pay a little bit of a higher Price for the top quality you surely deserve don't short change yourself for a poor quality Chihuahua with tons of health issues that ends up costing you endless amounts of money over the next years.
You may think my prices are alot to spend on just a pet/companion.  I get asked often how could you spend so much on a Puppy. But knowing I am buying a quality healthy puppy that will look like a Chihuahua should when it grows up and buying what I really want, its worth every penny.  Look at it this way people spend way more in a year on all sorts of entertainment, vacations, movies, ballgames & etc. 
Plus knowing that you are buying a healthy well bred puppy that will bring you MANY years of happiness its worth it in the long run to pay more up front and not end up with a sick defected puppy that cost you thousands & thousands in vet bills over the next years.
It cost me alot to up keep my dogs but we believe in keeping them very healthy, in tip top shape and giving each one of them the appropriate veterinarian care they each need (health check ups, lap work, tests on their Heart, Liver, knees, Eyes and etc).  so there's very little to no profit made when you take the very best care of your breeding dogs like we do.  The love, Joy and happiness that a dog brings to your life is priceless you can NEVER REPLACE IT...They are my very best friend:) I would never imagine life without them..  
A MALE OR FEMALE
I have tons of request for females for a Pet/Companion.  Males do tend to make a much better pet if you NEUTER them by 6-7 months of age you should never have any problems with a male marking. (my inlaws have a male and he never has marked) 
A male loves to be right by your side or in your lap at ALL times its as if a male wants to unzip you and crawl right inside and be a close to you as he possibly can.  But a female tends to be more independent, stubbern and to be more emotional with mood swings, she chooses when she wants to be petted or sit in your lap.  When NOT SPAYED FEMALES WILL ALSO MARK THEIR TERRITORY (my females do that).  
A male also tends to have a much better coat and ear fringing than a female. But a male does make the prefect pet and have the most loving disposition ever :)

(No Cashier Checks, No Bank Checks or No Personal Checks. I except Credit Cards with Pay Pal only, Bank Transfers, Cash or U.S. Postal Money Orders (U.S. Money Orders Must Come From the Post Office Only) Sorry No other form of money Orders will be excepted.
Puppies ship at 8-10 weeks of age. Puppy must be paid in FULL between 6-7 weeks of age are pup does not ship.
