I show and breed these beautiful dogs on a small scale, to be sure I have the time and dedication to raising the best quality and healthiest puppies I possibly can.  I am very devoted to each one of them. I work as a Veterinary Assistant and have for many,many years and have great experience with dogs. We love are dogs very much and they live inside our home and are treated like family members.
   

  My very first papillon I purchased was 1997 a year or so before CH Loteki Supernatural Being"Kirby" took best of breed at the Westminster dog show ....So little did I know at the time I purchased my very first papillon that there was a big difference in TOP QUALITY well bred papillons than in poorly bred pet papillon same goes for chihuahua's as well.. Not knowing what to look for my very First Papillion was oversized,very poor structure,had anxiety,and many,many health problems. He was of poor quality and health. He was not a beautiful, sound, confident, elegant dog, and he was not anything like the papillons I had seen and read about in the papillon books ..Then my research began. I knew that one day I would own one of these well bred correct structured true to the breed standard Papillons..
I soon realized that alot of the problems my first male papillon had, it's because he was not well bred, and it was in his genetic's and was pasted down to him, he was AKC registered but inexpensive, so just being AKC registered does not mean your are buying a dog that will be healthy or correct it depends on alot of different things and the bloodlines have a great deal to do with it..That's the reason we strive to own the Finiest examples of the breeds. From the very best bloodlines possible to breed with, true to the breed standards and a correct structured dog with excellent temper.  Which are very expensive but we want the best quality possible...
The papillons of the past century,was hard to find as only a few devoted breeders had them. Due to there popularity alot of careless breeders have started breeding them for the profit only. To only breed alot of health issues in the breed such as PRA-eyes, Patella Luxations-knees,poor temperments,poor coats..The look between the orginal papillons and the new look from the backyard/ pet quality or what ever it suppose to be, certainly does not look like a papillon should look have arose with leaps and bounds over the last years..We strongly advise buyers to becareful in where they choose to buy there puppies and to select the Quality of the breeders dogs and not on the price alone..       

I have done extensive research on the breed and learned so much more since my very first papillon.
I realized just what I was looking for in a papillon, I wanted one as close to perfect and healthly as possible.  One with excellent conformation,nice coat and wonderful personality that stood very correct and looked like a beautiful papillon should look, I saved up my money it took me two years to save up enough to buy the papillon of my dreams, but it was worth every penny of it. He was perfect and I could tell right away the difference he was from my first male papillon. He  stood very correct and just beautiful and graceful, everything I could imagine he would be.  Very healthy, wonderful temperament sound body.
I soon became interested in showing and breeding, with his beauty and correctness he made it all come true for me. We have produced alot of very nice show quality puppies..
 
I enjoy raising top qualilty, healthy papillons.  I love the Scandinavianien type which you will find in most of my papillons. 
My breed ethics are to breed to Improve the breed.. I breed a puppy with only the best quality, health, temperment, and of course beauty and with the best dispositions.  All of my breeding dogs have been selectively choosen from top winning and top producers pedigrees from Top American and European countries you may ask why would you prefer to buy a puppy from Germany or Sweden, if you research you will find out the papillon orginated in France and Great Britian, where some of the very best bloodlines in the world has come from, that link back to the orginal Great Britian bloodlines where the very first papillons was born.  From the European countries you will find the excellent quality with very few genetic defects, long earfringing and abundant coats,the best temperaments ever..  I only bred with the healthiest and best bloodlines available.

 We love our dogs as part of the family and are devoted to their care and well being above all else. I maintain the integrity and quality of the breed. My main concern is to produce healthy, true to breed standard puppies, I also breed for trainability, temperment, and a sound body as well as the correct look of the breed for show performance.  I also train my dogs and puppies to complete in obedience, conformation, agility and therapy.  I utilize the treat method for obedience and behavior training.  I have a few litters a year in hopes to always be improving the quality of my dogs and to raise up the next generation of show/breeding dogs. I also take great pride in the gorgeous puppies I have produced. This is a very special hobby of mine....not a BUSINESS.  I don't create pups with an intention to supply the pet market, yet I do have some pups available to good homes since I  can only keep a limited amount of dogs..  We do not believe that dogs should be bred as income for the breeder, if breeding and the right care of each dog is done correctly there is LITTLE TO NO PROFIT in breeding quality dogs.  We strongly believe that breeders who are breeding just for money do not have the best interest of the dogs in mind.

But to accomplish this we must first put fourth alot into producing these type of pups. Our puppies are the result of a careful and selective breeding program our puppies are bred for quality to produce a sound body and a wonderful temperament with correct conformation. We do place Gorgeous correct puppies in pet/companion homes who could have been shown, but if you choose not to show you will still have a Gorgeous correct puppy that will look just like the breed should look..
I own a small number of Papillons so we're able to take proper care and can give each individual one of them the care and attention they all need. ALL DOGS AND PUPPIES are raised in our home and are treated like family members NONE... are raised in CAGES, they run free in our home and have access to a half acre fenced in backyard they love to play in. Each and every dog is well maintained with out a doubt, we make sure that each one of our breeding dogs are clean bathed often, free from any diseases, on heart worm preventive, have all been vaccinated, dewormed, take multi vitamins daily (Maximus Performance), teeth cleaned and brushed, trim nails, eat the best possible foods available, (PRA) eyes checked and patella cleared... which become very expensive, but we want to make sure you buy a very healthy happy well bred puppy free of defects. 

   

  Our puppies will come to you well socialized raised in my bedroom untill 4 weeks then I move them to a play area in my kitchen and Den where they are socialized and played with at all times and have freedom to run loose when they are watched to make sure they do not get into anything that could harm them. 

Our puppies get professional veterinary care for their shots and visits.  The puppy will be current on all vaccinations, dewormed, and veterinary checked multi times before leaving our home. I health guarantee my dogs against life threatening gentic defects untill one year of age. Puppies will be eating science diet or Iams small bites puppy food so please gradually change it if you choose, to prevent upsetting the stomach. Show and or Breeding puppies will be sold with full registration.  Companion pets will be sold with limited registration and you will need to spay him/her by 6 months of age, I just want to make sure NONE of my puppies end up in a puppy mill.  I require a $400 dollar none refundable deposit to hold a puppy untill it is old enough for its new home.  The $400 will go toward your balance of the puppy. The puppy must be paid in full before it can leave my home.  If something was to happen to the pup while in my care you will be refunded the $400 back are have the choice to place it on another puppy.    

  All adult dogs used in our breeding programs are tested by a certified professinal Veterinarian each year and have not shown any indication of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Liver shunts, Heart or Lung problems of any sort.  They also have their knees screened, have tested free of Patella Luxation. These type of testing are performed by responsible breeders to rule out the gentic disorders.  We spend lots on our dogs having them tested and making sure they eat the best quality foods available and dental care and so much more, we want to make sure you buy a healthy,happy well breed puppy from the start...    
  My Paps are of the SMALLER weight range, 3 to 5 lbs.  All meet the AKC breed standards. I am a honest, responsible breeder, I try and find the very best Papillons to breed with, which is not inexpensive. While you may not be looking for a show puppy, breeding does make a difference in apperance, intelligence, temperament and health. We sell to approved show/pet homes, you must be a loving family as we treat our Paps like children. We DO NOT SELL to pet stores, puppymills, puppy brokers, parking lot sales, puppyfarms, fleamarkets or back yard breeders.  We believe that breeders who sell their dogs to pet stores, puppy brokers, flea markets or parking lot sales, are only selling for profit and do not have the BEST Interest of the dogs in mind. They only care about producing large volumes of puppies for the profit only.

 We spend time doing are research on each breeding adult before we buy to insure that it is healthy and knowing from its lineage that it comes from a long life expectcey which will provide you and your family with many,many long years of life.  We also assure you that it will be very socialable before it leaving our home.  We caution people, to buy puppies from devoted breeders who are not breeding just for money, but for the quality and good of the breeds. Reputable breeders are careful about the gentics and health of their dogs and spend alot of money insuring that they are the best they can be. Few backyard breeders and No puppy mills will hold to these standards. You will certainly get a lower priced puppy from them. Are you can pay more up front and get a top quality pup that will provide you with a long happy life for many years to come, either way you are going to get what you pay for, avoid a heart break of an unhealthy puppy and one that may not look like the breed should and have the correct conformation  that would end up much more expensive in the long run in vet bills,  I hear of these type stories from people constantly having this happen to them.  Our pups are quality with correct body structure and the pups meet the breed standards that every Papillon/Chihuahua lover is looking for?  You want a Papillon/Chihuahua of nice structure,great temperament, smart and healthy whether for a pet or show/breeding.  I strive to produce soundness both mentally, physically and structuraly in my dogs.  Please be careful of breeders offering lower priced pups and puppies with no pedigrees and do not own both of the parents or will not show you the parents or their pictures, and breeding more than two different breeds.  It take a lot of time and money to breeding quality dogs.  Ethical breeders are devoted to the production of  physically and emotionally healthy puppies.  Puppy mill and backyard breeders operate for money/profit without regards for maintaining breed standards or improving the quality of the breed.   ~~~Please do not buy a puppy because the price is cheap please do your research and get the info on the parents where the parents came from look at pedigrees ask the  breeder question she how much she knows and if she is ethical.  Buy because the puppy came from top quality bred parents and ask to see the pedigrees, know that they are well taken care of and living in a healthy, clean environment, loved and well socialized with daily. ~~~Price should never be a determing factor when you are looking for a healthy, smart puppy with an excellent temperament, well socialized, loved and raised in a clean healthy enviroment.  All of these things are very important in finding the perfect puppy. I take pride in my dogs, we think our puppies deserve the very best!!  The well being of our little furry friends comes above everything else. We love our dogs they are part of our family....     

Which is the best companion male or female.  However, I was talking with a breeder friend of mine who has had Papillons for years and knows them very well also.  We discussed which sex was the most desireable for a pet.  We both agreed that males were better pets, males seem to have a burning desire to be with you and to please you as much as they can.   They are so involved in what you are doing at all times.  Most people worry about males marking inside, they usually will not unless there's a females in heat inside, if you have your males neutered around 6- 7 months of age, you should never need to worry.  My first male papillon I had he NEVER marked inside..   

Please donot misunderstand females are wonderful companions as well, my females are very loving and or True Lap Baby ...

  You are more than welcome to come to my house and have a look around,and pick up your puppy. But if you choose to have him or her shipped we certainly can do that and have shipped our puppies many,many times with no problems at all...I ship with Delta, Northwest and sometimes  continental the shipping prices have gone up, so I will need to check with the airlines on prices...
